The Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff Mountain Campus, invites applicants for two full-time (9-month) non tenure-track faculty positions as the Assistant Clinical Professor level. The positions have an anticipated start date of August 16, 2021. We seek candidates whose teaching, research, and/or service has prepared them to support our commitment to fostering a diverse community supported by an equitable, inclusive campus climate that engages diverse stakeholders in physical therapy education. Responsibilities will primarily include teaching (80%), scholarship, as well as service to the Department, College, University, and/or Profession.
Professional doctorate (DPT)-earned from a regionally accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and obtain PT licensure in Arizona. Experience teaching in an academic environment, at a minimum, as adjunct faculty.
