* Teach undergraduate nursing courses that incorporate current theory and research while employing contemporary instructional design. Areas of responsibility will vary according to the faculty member's areas of expertise.
* Provide clinical instruction and/or oversight for students' clinical experiences including evaluation of student achievement and competence.
* Direct and debrief students in clinical simulation and labs.
* Participate in the development and delivery of interprofessional education.
* Advise and mentor students.
* Provide service to the program, cluster, university, professional organizations, and/or the community.
* Collaborate with other nursing faculty to ensure that the nursing curriculum is current and well developed, i.e., learning outcomes, instructional components, and criteria for evaluation are clearly articulated.
