General Description/ Primary Purpose :

Entry level ranked faculty position for a dynamic person wishing to help develop and expand new programs in a CCNE accredited community-based, population-focused program.

The successful candidate will:

• Teach in areas of expertise (adult health, fundamentals or community)
• Supervise students in clinical areas
• Generate research and seek intramural and extramural funding
• Participation in School, College and University committees
• Perform nursing and community service in areas of expertise

Faculty Position Required Qualifications:

Basic/Minimum:

• Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP; Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred)
• Adult Health specialty preferred
• Five years clinical experience
• Past experience teaching BSN and graduate students preferred
