The Morgridge College of Education (MCE) at the University of Denver (DU) invites applications for a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in the Curriculum and Instruction (C&I) Program within the Department of Teaching and Learning Sciences (TLS) beginning Summer 2021. This is a benefited, non-tenure track, full-time, 12-month clinical faculty position. As a full-time TLS faculty member, the Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor will participate in all faculty activities such as advising students, participating in admissions activities, and attending department meetings. It is also expected that the successful candidate will assume the position of Director of Teacher Education Program (TEP) within the C&I Program, which may include a reduced teaching load in recognition of the time required for this administrative work.

Major areas of study represented in TLS are Teacher Education (Elementary, Secondary, K-12 Special Education); Curriculum and Instruction (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education, Math, Gifted Education, Special Education, Curriculum Studies); Early Childhood Special Education; and School Psychology. Salary Grade Number
The salary grade for the position is UC.
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $75,000.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of
what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted
compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the
selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based
on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
