Job Description

The Bates College Department of Biology invites applications for a one-year, full time (5 courses, including labs) Visiting Assistant Professor of Molecular Biology, beginning August 1, 2021. Ph.D. is required by the start date.

Teaching responsibilities will include an upper-level course in molecular (BIO331) or developmental biology (BIO328) with lab, and sections of an already developed sophomore-level course-based research (CURE) course involving molecular biology skills (BIO204).
