We are seeking a Provost, Learning and Teaching, with the same passion for innovation, who can develop our academic provision assuring challenge, inclusivity, and compassion.  This post reports directly to the Vice-Chancellor and requires an exceptional academic leader, who will work collaboratively with our Pro Vice-Chancellor Deans and our Executive Board to ensure that teaching and learning is the driving force to meet current and future needs of our diverse student population. 

You will be a strong communicator, able to build networks across the University, connecting with distinct and varied audiences, and with the ability to drive excellence in research to keep us at the forefront of the academic community.

You will have an impressive background in teaching, research and pedagogy, and extensive experience of managing substantial teams and budgets. Recruiting, mentoring and motivating outstanding people will be second nature to you, and you will be able to demonstrate an unrivalled record of success in enhancing teaching, research, administration and services.
