Position Summary: The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion promotes social justice; ensures a welcoming and inclusive community for all members of the school; celebrates diversity; and fosters a strong sense of equity. The DEI Director reports directly to the Head of School and serves on the senior administrative team. The Director will work with all constituency groups of the Forman community to guide in best practices in growing equality and inclusion while removing barriers which impede this work.

Other Expectations: This position is a member of a boarding school faculty. Candidates should be interested in contributing in all aspects of the school. Faculty are expected to demonstrate respect for diversity of identities and experiences, an orientation toward equity and inclusion, and cultural competency in all aspects of School life.
