Assistant Professor of Practice
The University of Texas at San Antonio College of Education and Human Development, Department of Educational Psychology invites applications for Assistant Professor of Practice position to work within the applied behavior analysis undergraduate program area. This is for a 9-month contract at $75,000 with the option for renewal for a 3 year term pending budget. Position to start September 1, 2026.

Department of Educational Psychology
The Department of Educational Psychology has 15 full time faculty all dedicated to the mission of promoting the development and application of scientific knowledge across educational contexts and communities. We offer degrees for students interested in practitioner- or research-focused careers. Our practitioner-oriented degrees provide training to become a licensed and practicing School Psychologist or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed to practice in the state of Texas. For students interested in other educational pathways, we also offer a master's degree in Applied Educational Psychology. For this degree, students are trained both in the foundations of the discipline while offering flexible pathways for students to pursue a variety of career and educational goals.
Salary Range: Up to $75,000 annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications

Position Summary
The successful candidate will teach in our new undergraduate degree in Behavioral Sciences; will help develop key courses in the ABA concentration pathway in this degree; will help oversee advising and curriculum development; and may help with community outreach to establish fieldwork sites for students.
