Job Description

Job Summary: The Operations Manager collaborates with the Vice President of IT & Operations (VPITO) in the strategic planning and implementation of college-wide operations initiatives while acting as a liaison with Facilities Management, Campus Safety, Purchasing and Information Technology. This position is also responsible for supervising colleges auxiliary functions which include managing the Elaine’s food services operations in collaboration with Bon Appetit, Graphaids- Onsite store services and oversight of residence hall functions in collaboration with Campus Life. The position is responsible for driving comprehensive engagement efforts with key stakeholders, leaders across the college and operations to smoothen the delivery of services provided by IT & Operations. The successful candidate will oversee the primary day-to-day operational functions of the department and be the primary administrative support to the VPITO. The position directly reports to the VPITO
