Adler University, Vancouver Campus is currently looking for Adjunct instructors to teach in a variety of areas, including: Public Sector Governance; Public Policy Analysis; Economy and Economic Analysis; Social Program Planning and Implementation; Principles of Community Psychology; Foundations of Community Development; Advocacy Strategy and Tactics for Social Change; and Ethics, Diversity and Socially Responsible Practice.
Under the general guidance of the Program Director, the Adjunct Faculty member leverages industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of the Masters in Public Policy and Public Administration Department and the institution. Supports culture development and management efforts. The Adjunct Faculty member duties include teaching in the Public Policy and Administration program (MPPA), co-supervising or serving as Second Reader of capstone projects, and effectively mentoring graduate students in the MPPA program. Adjunct Faculty hold expertise and experience in the areas of public policy, public administration or a related field that allows for teaching within the MPPA program.

COVID-19 considerations: The health and safety of our staff/faculty and their families, as well as our stakeholders, potential candidates, and the communities we serve, are of the utmost importance. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this role will temporarily be performed remotely. The successful candidate will train and work from home until such time as it is determined that role will return to the campus full-time.
