Job Summary
Missouri Western Baseball is looking for individuals to assist with the Baseball Program for the 2025-26 season. We are looking for individuals who are interested in working with a team and are able to consistently help at practices and games.

This position is for the Spring semester 2026.
Essential Duties
This position will help with:
  • The organization of supplies & equipment of the MoWest baseball program
  • Field work & maintenance at the sports complex
  • Maintenance of gear & items of locker room of baseball team

 

 
Required Qualifications
  • Must qualify for Federal Work Study
  • Current MoWest student
  • Degree Seeking
  • Must maintain a 2.0 GPA
  • Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a player or manager for a baseball team preferred.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Dependable
  • Good communicator
  • Have an understanding of baseball

 

 
Physical Demands Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
