Assistant or Associate Professor (TT)
The University of South Carolina College of Nursing is seeking a junior or mid-career tenure track faculty member who aligns with our research expertise. The College of Nursing has three research centers: Center for Cancer Survivorship, Center for Nursing Leadership, ACORN Center: Advancing Chronic care Outcomes through Research & INnovation, and a solid research support infrastructure supported by the Associate Dean for Research. Candidates are expected to have an established record of successful participation on externally funded research grants, scientific collaboration with junior and senior research faculty, and PhD-level student teaching and mentorship. This individual will join the College of Nursing’s research team of junior and senior-level researchers with established research programs.
The College, University, and community offer a wide range of opportunities for inter-professional research initiatives, adjunct collaborative research appointments and development of PhD prepared scientists.
Interdisciplinary research teams are expected and campus resources actively support cross-unit research collaborations.
Earned doctorate in nursing or related field. Nursing background strongly preferred.
