Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Admin & Fiscal Operations for Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM), this position is primarily responsible for managing budgets and processing financial transactions. This position provides general administrative support for departments within SEM, as well providing cross coverage to other areas within SEM as part of a shared services team. The position is primarily responsible for processing financial transactions for the assigned departments, including travel, Banner transactions, processing expenditures, and processing personnel action forms in PeopleAdmin and Banner. This position will also be responsible for reviewing and monitoring budget balances, ensuring funds are spent appropriately as well as compiling financial information for reporting and projection purposes. Responsibilities include some general administrative support for the assigned departments and Vice Provost for SEM area. This position will work closely with the directors of the assigned departments in an effort to provide the highest level of admin & financial support possible.
