Provide high level customer service while serving as a resource for students, staff and visitors to the Residence Hall system and provide efficient and effective mail distribution and access/key issuance. The Information Desk Attendant will uphold ethical standards by: • Upholding and adhering to all policies related to Housing & Residence Life, and the Dining Agreement, the Residence Hall handbook, and Student Code of Conduct. • Respecting and maintaining confidentiality of staff and students and reporting concerns to the Student Services Coordinator. • Acting as a role model for staff and students and being a positive representative of the Housing & Residence Life team in all components of the University and community. Housing & Residence Life is an auxiliary enterprise and is funded solely by customers who use our services – we receive no State or General fund allocation.
