Position Announcement
The School of Education at Utah Valley University invites applications for a full-time tenure track faculty position as an Elementary Education Generalist in the Elementary Education Department. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge of teacher education principles and practices as well as several years of relevant K-12 teaching experience. This individual will teach undergraduate courses in elementary education and related subjects aligned with their expertise, and should have demonstrated experience leading high-performing Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) focused on elementary education. Successful applicants will be expected to obtain International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Certification within one year of hire if they are not already ISTE Certified, as part of our School of Education's commitment to innovation and excellence in digital teaching and learning. The position will begin on August 1st, 2026.
