Position Summary
Dallas College is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative leader with a proven track record of enhancing academic quality, leadership excellence, diversity, equity and inclusion, and student success in a dynamic higher education environment. The Program Review Coordinator: Manages the program review process for the institution. Collaborates with faculty, other program review, assessment, and learning improvement coordinators and specialists to execute program review processes. Conducts trainings on program review across the institution.

Physical Requirements

Minimum Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience
• One (1) years of supervisory experience preferred
• Current and valid Texas driver’s license required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages the Program Review Specialists while coordinating program review processes.
• Serves as one of the primary points of contact for matters pertaining to program review activity.
• Supports the Associate Deans of Curriculum, Assessment, and Program Management in the examination and evaluation of the effectiveness of curriculum.
• Works closely with other divisions across the institution and faculty to ensure seamless support of all program review processes.
• Works closely with faculty and faculty leadership on ensuring that faculty are informed about program review processes.
• Writes reports, and presents results to administration and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Serves on College taskforces, committees, and councils as required.
• Must complete required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.
• Other duties may be assigned to this position on a regular or occasional basis to respond to needs of the institution.
