Job Description

Xavier University of Louisiana invites applications for the position of Office Manager. This position is essential to the daily operations of the department and has the ability to take initiative and work in an unsupervised environment as needed, conduct administrative training for new personnel and make decisions regarding prioritization of projects and implementation of modern, efficient office systems, practices and processes. The Office Manager serves as a liaison between the Chief and other departments as well as assists officers with some administrative responsibilities; also assists students, faculty, staff and visitors with parking and campus safety.
