
Assistant Professor - Analytical Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Oklahoma seeks applicants for two full-time tenure-track positions at the rank of Assistant Professor in Analytical Chemistry – with a preference in Mass Spectrometry in Life Sciences. Areas of special interest include but not limited to development of new methods and their applications in single cell mass spectrometry, glycoproteomics, chemoproteomics, lipidomics and mass spectrometry imaging.
Ph.D. or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields, and preferably postdoctoral research experience.
A record of publications in the area of Analytical Chemistry/Biochemistry/Life Sciences, with a preference in Mass Spectrometry.
Preferred (not required)
Teaching Experience.
Areas of special interest are development of new methods and their applications in such areas as single cell MS, Glycoproteomics, Chemoproteomics, Lipidomics, and MS Imaging.
