The Ulrich Museum’s Finance and Operations Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the museum – its staff, finances, facility and security. This position requires flexibility and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced creative environment. Fundamental to this position is working to assure detailed compliance to all financial processes of the museum, general ad hoc reports primarily for management and advisory board use, monitoring personnel and payroll activity, and confirming a safe and secure home to the University’s art collection through facility and security oversight. A high degree of public and volunteer interaction demands a pleasant and welcoming personality, with an understanding of visitor services within the context of an art museum environment.
