DUTIES:
Reporting to the President & CEO, the successful incumbent is responsible for academic leadership and direction for the College’s academic programs and services, along with corporate leadership and planning as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, as described in the Opportunity Brief.

Preferred and Required Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
The incumbent will possess the following qualifications (also see Opportunity Brief):
- A Master’s Degree in Education or a related post-secondary education field;
- 13 years’ experience at a Senior or Executive organizational level;
- Relevant experience which includes a combination of teaching, administration, labour relations and human resources management;
- Experience in a unionized environment;
- A valid driver’s license;
- Experience in a post-secondary educational institution is an asset;
- PhD or equivalent is an asset; and
- Research experience is an asset.
