Job Description

Please note: The College is closed for Winter Break from 12/24/20-1/11/21. Applications will be reviewed when the College reopens on January 11th. Bowdoin has taken important safety measures during COVID-19. Staff are tested for COVID-19 twice a week, barriers have been put in place where necessary and Dining is currently take-out service only. All CDC protocols are followed. Learn more about all of our important safety measures here: https://www.bowdoin.edu/hr/covid-19/index.html Under supervision of the Head Chef, Assistant Chef, Cold Food Production Coordinator, and Kitchen Steward, supports cold food production goals in both dining halls and includes daily food preparation, service and sanitation duties. May be assigned to culinary departments including cold foods, bake shop, and sanitation in both dining halls.
