Lane Community College, a comprehensive community college in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Senior Instructional Dean, for the Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Division. Successful candidates will provide division leadership and administration in a manner that promotes the quality of student learning, cultural competency, and alignment with the College’s Mission. Required Education:
Master’s Degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
Required Experience:
Three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative, management, and/or leadership experience in higher education.
Conditions of Employment:
Successful applicants are required to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Education:
Terminal degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
Preferred Experience:
Bilingual/Multicultural Statement:
Multicultural experience and bilingual proficiency in World languages is preferred.
A demonstrated commitment to promote and enhance the concepts of social justice and culturally competent behaviors is expected.
