Job Description

Position Title: Adjunct Instructor 1 - Public Relations   Location: Big Rapids (Main Campus)   Advertised Salary: Salary commensurate with qualifications pursuant to the FSU and FNTFO/AFT Agreement   FLSA: Exempt   Temporary/Continuing:  Temporary   Part-Time/Full-Time: Part-Time   At Will/Just Cause: At Will   Summary of Position: Part-time teaching and related responsibilities in the Public Relations area. Utilizes face-to-face, blended, and/or online/virtual modes of delivery; delivery on or off campus; assuring/improving learning through assessment, close consultation with program faculty, as well as training via the Faculty Center for Teaching and learning.   Position Type: Faculty - Temporary & Continuing   Required Education: Masters in Public Relations (or closely related field) OR Bachelors in Public Relations (or closely related field) with APR Certification and 10+ years mid to high level responsibility in Public Relations/agency field.   Required Work Experience: 5+ years of Public Relations work experience.   Required Licenses and Certifications:     Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: APR Certification preferred but not required.   Duties/Responsibilities: Hold Face-to-Face or virtual office hours convenient to students.
Complete required course assessment of learning.
