Job Description
The Manager, Structural Maintenance, assesses, plans, organizes, initiates, and directs the maintenance and repair of university buildings including, but not limited to Roofs, Sidewalks, Carpentry, Painting, Floor Coverings, Locks, Doors, Windows Fencing and Masonry. Manages the Facilities Management Shops including Carpentry, Housing Maintenance, Lock, Glass and Paint and Projects related to these duties. Is responsible for compliance and communication relative to regulatory matters pertaining to the above areas.
