The Department of Safety and Security in the College of Justice and Safety at Eastern Kentucky University seeks to hire a collegial and dedicated colleague who enjoys teaching and working with students to fill a 9-month, tenure-track position in Homeland Security to begin January 1, 2021, or August 1, 2021. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to teach and conduct research in Intelligence Studies, which includes Intelligence Management, International Security and Intelligence, National Security and Intelligence, and Strategic Intelligence. Responsibilities include classroom and online undergraduate and graduate instruction; research and scholarship; and service to the profession, community, and university. Faculty members normally teach four (4) courses per semester, advise students, and engage in research and professional activities.
