Job Description

The Business Career Advising Fellow works closely with Gordon Career Center advising staff to ensure prompt attention to students’ career development needs. The Fellow will work up to 25 hours/week when the University is in session. Responsibilities include: Advise students in appointments to answer basic questions about their job and internship searches in business Advise students who are interviewing for positions with businesses such as management consulting firms and financial institutions, including investment banks Review resumes and other job search materials submitted by students on our web-based recruiting system, Handshake Support the Associate Director for Career Advising as needed Provide administrative support for career-related programs sponsored by the Career Center Other duties as assigned This is a temporary, non-benefits eligible position. This position is funded through June 30, 2021. The Fellow is not eligible for student loan deferment.
