Testing Assistant

Summary:

Provides assistance with test administration. Serves as proctor for virtual and on-campus exams. Provides support to the entire testing staff in Academic Services.


Principal Functional Responsibilities:

  • Assists with administration of exams remotely and on-campus
  • Assists with student exam review and posting
  • Provides support for the administrative staff in Academic Services including screening phone calls, assists with maintaining academic space schedules for exams, handling mail, distributing correspondence, and preparing reports inclusion of remote exams’ incident reports. Collaborate with Testing and IT staff regarding room/computer set-up, computer maintenance
  • Maintains confidential records and materials in student files in Academic Services as well as electronically
  • Assists with other projects and tasks in Academic Services as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • One year of administrative office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a higher education or medical education setting.


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and screen and other office equipment. Must be able to push a 50 lb. computer cart.
