This position reports to the Dean of the College of Science, or designee. The Coordinator of Student Services and Stakeholder Engagement is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating excellent customer service for students and stakeholders in the College of Science (COS). These services include the development and implementation of a marketing strategy; planning and implementation of a recruitment and retention strategy; coordinating special events on and off campus for current and prospective students and stakeholders; supporting annual scholarship awards; and working with faculty and committees as needed. The Coordinator will work with the Dean on goals and objectives, policies, practices and make administrative decisions on areas as assigned above. The coordinator will also work collaboratively with Strategic Enrollment Management to meet university and college recruiting and retention goals.
