The Assessment Coordinator will hold responsibility for the development, implementation, management, and coordination of assessment efforts throughout areas within the Career Center and beyond. The position will collaborate extensively with both internal and external units to operationalize the Career Center’s vision and mission and maximize the effectiveness of the Center’s work through data-informed decision-making. The position’s work will involve establishing collection methods of quantitative and qualitative data, analyzing and visualizing trends and patterns, producing high-impact reports, and creatively disseminating information. This work will be accomplished through a lens of equity and inclusion, including transparently disaggregating data to ensure that it reflects all students' experiences with the career journey, especially those students who have been historically marginalized. The incoming candidate will exercise discretion, analytical judgement, and personal accountability. The Assessment Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Operations and Assessment in the Career Center.
