Job Description Summary
The Research Coordinator will assist in the management of the Synthesize, Coordinate, Amplify, Learn & Evaluate the AHRQ/PCOR LHS network (SCALE-LHS) initiative. The study is an implementation science hub that coordinates and assists 16 LHS E-STaR Centers. The Research Coordinator will be hired under CHEA, one of the three centers at Penn in charge of the program. The Research Coordinator will coordinate the screening of centers, collect data as needed, work with team members to prepare and analyze data, and assist in the preparation of evaluations and reports (including manuscripts). In addition, the Research Coordinator will coordinate educational seminars and help develop educational materials for the E-StaR Centers. The Research Coordinator will work closely and collaboratively with team members from multiple disciplinary and professional backgrounds.

Job Responsibilities

• This project relates to implementation science, the discipline concerned with improving the uptake of evidence-based practices. The project to be supported is related to learning health systems. Duties for the Research Coordinator include but are not limited to: coordinating the activities of the different research team, including scheduling meetings and managing research documents; training data collectors as needed; assisting in the interpretation and analysis of data; assisting in the presentation of research findings in manuscripts, posters, or other scholarly products.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
• The Research Coordinator must have a bachelor of science degree, preferably in a field related to implementation science, health services research, public health, psychology, social science, organizational behavior, or similar. 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• The Research Coordinator must exhibit strong written and oral communication skills and have demonstrated the ability to organize information.
• The Research Coordinator must have working familiarity with standard professional productivity software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Zoom or equivalent). Familiarity with web design, graphic design, and social media is preferred but not required.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and

the pay range assigned to the job profile.
