General Adjunct Faculty Pool, Liberal Studies and Early College, Fall 2025
Applications are being accepted to create a pool of qualified instructors for possible future part-time teaching positions. Applications will be reviewed and interviews scheduled continuously on an as-needed basis. All applications remain on file for one year from the submission date. Note, these are in person teaching opportunities.

Job Requirements:
- A Master's degree in the content field with graduate-level credit in content area required. MaT and MEd degrees are not considered content degrees.
- Experience scaffolding rigorous academic content
- Teaching experience
- Familiarity with critical studies (i.e., Critical Race Theory, Critical White Studies, Gender and Women's Studies) and understanding of appropriate applications for teaching.
- Candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI background check as a condition of employment at both the college and the respective high school.
Preferred qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish or another language other than English (candidates should note their level of proficiency in their cover letter and resume).
Additional Information:
SALARY: Adjunct salaries are dependent upon the number of credit hours. This is a non-benefited, MCCC position.
STARTING DATE: Fall 2025
