Under supervision, the incumbent assists the Plant Pathology Advisor in conducting field and lab research on cool and warm season vegetables and strawberries. Some specific field duties include maintaining research plots, applying pesticides, and collecting samples and data. The incumbent typically performs a wide variety of standard repetitive procedures without detailed technical supervision. The incumbent also assists in data preparation, writing, and outreach activities.

This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.

Pay Scale: $28.98/hour to $37.55/hour
