Position Summary
Dallas College is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative Data Lead with a proven track record of Salesforce and CRM management. The Data Lead, Salesforce reports to the Sr. Director, CRM and Relationship Management and will be expected to:
1. Support and enhance a data-driven relationship management strategy that results in the creation of
additional opportunities for students and employers in Dallas County
2. Educate and Inform Academics, Student Success, Workforce & Advancement, and Operations functions
within Dallas College on issues of data integrity and Salesforce CRM best practices

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of the purpose of community colleges and the vision of Dallas College
• Experience supporting major change initiatives including knowledge and skill in process improvement, project planning, conflict resolution, team building, customer service, and data-based decision-making concepts
• Ability to identify and address opportunities and challenges that arise as a result of Dallas College’s current transition
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and analytics to help guide decisions for employer engagement
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and ESRI
• Knowledge of college programs and offerings
• Knowledge of the Dallas economy, including employer and workforce needs and challenges
• Ability to analyze multi-layered problems and propose solutions
• Knowledge of best practices/trends in Salesforce and CRM in general
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles of equity and inclusion and a demonstrated commitment to the promotion of diversity
• Knowledge of compliance with pertinent state and federal laws and regulations
• Knowledge of current research and policy recommendations as well as state and national initiatives related to improving economic mobility and opportunity for underserved populations
• Experience in strategic planning, assessment of program(s) effectiveness, and development of strategy to improve employer engagement
• Employ data-informed decision making

Minimum Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
• Three (3) years of progressive responsibility in decision support for public or private educational or related institutions
• Three (3) years of experience working with CRM systems to guide economic development and workforce initiatives and decisions
• Demonstrated successful experience developing strategic partnerships to support economic growth through data analysis and application
• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to working across the community to create economic opportunities and living-wage jobs for underserved/marginalized populations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support a comprehensive, data-driven employer relationship management strategy for Dallas College
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and support the design of reports and dashboards
• Educate and motivate other verticals in Dallas College on the organization’s role and responsibility as an employer resource partner in Economic Development in Dallas County
• Perform other duties as assigned
