The University of West Florida’s Graduate School invites applications for the full-time (1 FTE) position of Coordinator (114370).

The CRM Recruitment Coordinator will function as part of the graduate admissions recruitment team with a primary focus on management of the graduate admissions CRM, communication plan, and web presence.

Responsibilities include monitoring of the effectiveness and timing of all communications associated with CRM and improvement of communication flows, managing the overall integrity of the CRM data while at the same time working to implement processes that ensure that data entry and updates are accurate, maintaining the integrity of all planned communication (CRM) deliveries.

The CRM Recruitment Coordinator will also assist the Assistant Dean/Dean with the development and management of the graduate admissions communication plan and web presence. In addition, the CRM Recruitment Coordinator will serve as a member of the recruitment team, representing UWF to prospective students and families, attend recruitment events, assist with other recruitment duties as needed.

Preferred and Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience. Requires comprehensive knowledge of graduate programs, student information systems, CRM tools, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Web development and technical experience. Requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues. Requires extreme attention to detail. Experience with interactive recruiting technologies. Experience with leveraging inbound marketing strategies for recruitment purposes. Knowledge of policies and guidelines as prescribed by the Florida Department of Education, the University of West Florida, and the Graduate School. Ability to interpret procedures and policies of the University. Requires judgment and discrimination of information about the different educational systems.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Ellucian Banner ERP System and CRM software, such as SLATE. Experience with customer relations management software, database systems, image/graphics editing software, and web development. Experience with project management, overseeing functional programs, working independently under broad supervision of manager, and sole decision-making. Experience in marketing and recruitment, communication with prospective students, and up-to-date knowledge of innovative technology and systems to help in marketing/recruitment. Customer service- oriented, possessing excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Experience with or knowledge of University policies and procedures related to undergraduate students. Experience with computer systems related to student records and information systems. Experience working with and securing confidential information.

Salary: $40,000 annually
