Senior Research Analyst
Position Summary
The Senior Research Analyst supports Columbia-Greene’s data-informed decision-making process by conducting advanced research, analysis, and reporting. This role involves compiling and analyzing data related to enrollment, student outcomes, program effectiveness, and other key institutional metrics. The Senior Research Analyst plays a key role in generating insights that inform strategic planning, accreditation processes, and policy development.

Salary and Benefits Information
Annual 12-month salary $58-65K, dependent on qualifications and experience. The College offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, short-and long-term disability, generous vacation, and sick leave, paid holidays, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, tax-deferred compensation, as well as employee and dependent tuition waivers.
