The Opportunity
Columbia-Greene Community College is seeking a full-time Director of External Programs who will report to the Dean of Enrollment Management. The Director of External Programs develops and manages concurrent and dual enrollment programs, as well as external programs. The Director oversees the College in the High School Program, the Higher Education in Prison Program, as well as other partnership-led enrollment and program initiatives. The Director is the College’s primary contact for International Students and Community Partners who have special arrangements with the Institution for programs, courses, and college experiences.

Salary and Benefits Information
Annual 12-month salary range $65-$75K, dependent on qualifications and experience. The College offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, short-and long-term disability, generous vacation, and sick leave, paid holidays, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, tax-deferred compensation, as well as employee and dependent tuition waivers. PSLF waivers offered.
