HR Recruitment Assistant


Location: Moscow

Division/College: Human Resources

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour or higher depending on education and experience

FTE: 1

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Position Summary:
The HR Recruitment Assistant will provide customer service to the university community while also supporting the operations of the Human Resources department including but not limited to: recruitment/onboarding, criminal background/driver's record checks, drug testing, unemployment, and HRIS employee actions and postings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of reception/clerical experience to include providing administrative support to others, reception/customer service, filing, word processing and answering a business telephone using professional etiquette
  • Experience using a computer to enter and retrieve information



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Human Resources
  • Experience working with employment eligibility verification, including the form I-9 and the E-Verify system
  • Experience with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with individuals of varying socio-economic backgrounds
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential information
  • Experience working in a higher education setting
