Directs and implements the Talent Search Project philosophy, goals, and objectives; coordinates and assists in the development, implementation and presentation of project programs and services; administers Talent Search budget; selects, assigns, and trains and directs project staff; acts as liaison with post-secondary school officials, university faculty/staff and community programs and agencies relative to project services; and completes related administrative duties as required.
Master's degree required.
At least five years of experience administering a federal grant program, budgeting/fiscal management experience, and experience working with first generation and low income students required.
