We are seeking an open-rank Non-Tenure Track faculty member to join our team at I³R with expertise in magnetic resonance imaging. A recently installed Siemens 3-Tesla Magnetom Cima.X system, a mock-MRI setup, and other capabilities to conduct human health-related research are available. Institute support shall include an MRI Technologist and Senior Research Scientist. Prior experience in leading programs and collaborating with a team of experts to move advances towards deployment of solutions is desired. The ability to collaborate with a team for image-guided medical robotics is of special interest. Start-up funding is available.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work effectively on interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment, work independently and collaboratively with clinical and industry partners, and have excellent communication skills. A professional demeanor and the ability to establish effective working relationships are crucial in building trust and influence to accomplish work within a setting that includes a wide array of individuals, groups, policies, and processes.
