Essential Job Duties
Key Responsibilities
• Keep all counter tops, floors, toilet seats, toilet partitions and surrounding areas wiped down.
• Keep all applicable floor drains/P-traps treated on a weekly basis with enzymes.
Key Responsibilities
• On assigned building and on a weekly or necessary basis wipe down inside of elevators, wipe down the doors inside and outside, vacuum carpet inside elevators. Clean lights and vents on a monthly or as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
• On a daily basis clean and maintain all outside trash enclosures. Trash enclosures are to be washed out once a month.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize all drinking fountains on a weekly basis.
• All recycle bins in assigned buildings are to be emptied on a daily basis.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings as required.
