The Student Athletic Operations Assistant is a member of the Center for Sports Medicine and Performance staff hired on a per semester basis depending on performance and dependability. The candidate must be willing to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend athletic events as assigned. Accommodations will be made around class schedules. The candidate will report to the Director of The Center of Sports Medicine and Performance. The Student Athletic Operations Assistant will assist with the assembly and preparation in practice and event set-up and tear down, implementation of hydration of players, and maintenance of sanitization and disinfection of facilities and equipment. It is necessary that the candidate is able to have reliable transportation and able to get to off campus facilities. It is expected that the candidate represents the University and the Center for Sports Medicine and Performance in a responsible, professional and hospitable manner. This position will require a knowledge of the Indiana State University campus, facilities and community. The candidate will gain first-hand experience with working in Division I athletics and will be a member of the Center for Sports Medicine and Performance staff.
