We work as a team to serve students, and one of the ways we do that is by providing rich learning experiences that connect faculty and students through online educational programs. To improve our efforts, CSU Online seeks an Operations Support Specialist who will maintaining SOP and documents for policies and procedures, workflow documentation and training materials; gathering, coding, computing, entering, verifying, and reporting data and information related to course development process; scheduling, registering, and completion tracking for faculty professional development; intake and coordinate student accommodation requests; performs basic functions such as reporting, tagging, categorizing course queue records in project management system; acts as a liaison internal and external to the Learning Production Team; and assists with follow-up on a broad range of issues. The Operations Support Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Instructional Design at CSU Online and will join a team that works collaboratively to support the teaching and learning mission of the University. This position can be on-site (Fort Collins) or fully remote.
