Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Donor Participation, the Development Assistant for Marketing and Donor Participation will actively contribute to The Penn Fund's high-performing marketing team. They will be partially responsible for the creation and execution of some donor solicitation and stewardship communications. The Marketing Assistant will also develop the layout, design, and/or copy for these communications—both printed and digital. In summary, they will support the project manager(s) for various direct mail and/or email campaigns related to both solicitations and stewardship—helping to bring all valued supporters through the complete donor cycle—and will occasionally take the lead on more specific projects to targeted audiences. They will also partner with marketing team project managers on the maintenance of The Penn Fund's website and social media as it pertains to comprehensive digital strategy.
