Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Otorhinolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of pediatric airway disorders. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Board eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology and successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship are required.

Teaching responsibilities may include medical students, residents, fellows, and APPs as well as formal lecture opportunities.

Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient and outpatient clinical care at CHOP's Philadelphia Campus (PA), CHOP's Middleman Family Pavilion located in King of Prussia, PA (KOPH), and specialty care satellite offices and surgical centers.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include basic science or clinical research related to pediatric otolaryngology - head and neck surgery. Candidates should have a documented record of scholarly productivity as well as a history of collaborative/independent research efforts. The ideal candidate will be able to present their research vision to the department.
