Reporting to the Senior Director of Identity and Cultural Engagement, the Director of the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) is responsible for overseeing staffing, budgeting, day-to-day operations, and programming for the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC). This role supports the overall mission of the Office of Identity and Cultural Resources and the Office of Student Affairs division. Additionally, the Director acts as a programming resource for identity-based groups on campus. The Director actively supports a diverse workforce and contributes to the College's initiatives to foster a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
