Circulation Supervisor (Evening and Weekends)
Job Description Summary:
Supervisory responsibility of Library operations evenings and weekends, including overseeing student workers, and opening & closing the building.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year of academic library work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong PC experience.
Specific Duties:
- Oversee Library Circulation operations and Student workers; perform opening and closing building procedures.
Percentage of Time: 30
- Process Inter-library Loan requests and library email inquiries.
Percentage of Time: 30
- Basic maintenance of library equipment and library systems troubleshooting.
Percentage of Time: 15
- Serve as backup for other Library Supervisors’ duties (processing of Reserve materials, processing of tech for lending, training Student Workers, etc), as well as backup their work schedules when needed.
Percentage of Time: 10

- Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
Maximum: $16.83-25.65
Minimum: $16.83
