The Department of Chemistry at The University of Chicago invites applications for tenure-track Assistant Professor of Chemistry positions in all areas of chemistry. Department members play leading roles in a wide range of research areas, including organic, inorganic, physical, materials, theoretical chemistry, and chemical biology. Joint appointments with other departments are possible. Review of applications will begin October 1, 2024, and will continue until all positions are filled or the search is closed.
At the time of hire the successful candidate must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D., or the foreign equivalent, in chemistry or a related field.
