Job Description

This position provides direct coordination of residence hall housing application and assignments; residence hall, residential meal plan billing functions and error reporting. They will assist with assessment & implementation of housing assignment processes within the electronic Housing management system (StarRez), and provide a high level of customer service to students, prospective students, visitors and parents. Housing & Residence Life is an auxiliary enterprise and is funded solely by customers who use our services — we receive no State or General fund allocation.
