Time-Based Media and Interdisciplinary Art Practices Visiting Artist. Two-year appointment, non-renewable. Start July 1, 2021. The Luther Gregg Sullivan Visiting Artist is expected to be an emerging artist i.e., "early in career," prepared to teach one course per semester in time-based media and interdisciplinary art practices. Local artistic production (a studio provided) and residency are required. Applicants should have a broad knowledge of art history, contemporary theoretical concerns, and competence in a wide range of digital and electronic processes. Knowledge of and experience with 2D graphics, 3D animation, digital video, and multiple computer platforms expected. Teaching experience at college level and exhibition record preferred.
