Under the supervision of the Online Project Management Lead, the Project Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating a broad range of projects and initiatives within Colorado State University (CSU) Online that advance growth of the division and support the access mission of the university. The Project Manager supports the implementation and maturation of a culture of project management and continuous improvement through training and advising individuals and teams across the division on projects and process improvement activities. Through experience and expertise, the Project Manager will help teams to deconstruct objectives into achievable tasks, distill complex problems down to root causes, ensure consistency in applied project methodologies, and guide teams to efficiently and effectively achieve project objectives.
